• Over-60's qualify for a special daily pensioners' rate on Back Park sites (including 2 people and 1 car), valid in low and mid season only.
• An additional pensioner can be added per night at a reduced rate.
• Monthly long-term pensioners' rates are available for a couple with 1 car, across Top Parks, Back Parks, and Beach Park sites.
• A 2-week pensioners' rate is also available across all three park areas.
• All pensioners' rates exclude December, high season, and peak season (9 Dec 2026 – 13 Jan 2027).
• Small to medium dogs are allowed in Back Park stands only (charge per dog per night applies).
